A play on optics. The entire facade is designed as a perspective ’trompe l’oeil’. The border on the entrance walkway starting wide and narrowing as you get close to the front door, pilasters starting wide and getting narrower as they climb toward the roof while tilting backwards as they reach their climb. The circle is another geometrical element that recuses at strategic visual places.
